Living In ‘The Now’

Have you ever found yourself living today as if it’s only preparation for some far-of (supposedly better) future?  This week’s CMDA devotional, built largely around a fantastic quote from Pascal, explores this penetrating question with depth and brevity.

I want to encourage you to ‘make it yours’ by answering three questions:

  • How do you live in the past and/or future instead of in the present?
  • How do you think this affects your relationships with God and others?
  • What one, specific step could you take over the next week to begin living in ‘the now’ that God has given you?

As you wrestle through these questions, know that I’ll be wrestling along with you.
